Art of Minimalism
The album combines the history of minimalism - current in art with the philosophy and the introduction of the art of minimalism to everyday life.

The key to minimalism is to figure out what makes you happy and get rid of all the rest to kind of 'make time' for what's important to you. In no case should minimalism be equated with leading a hermit's life or being constantly bored. The goal is a rich life with little possession. As a minimalist, your life will be different than mine. You will have to find out what makes you truly happy. Plan your perfect day, then remove anything that you don't absolutely need. Make room in your life for that perfect day, for the things, activities and people you love.
